Gaspereau River

Emptying into Minas Basin, the Gaspereau River is one of the first rivers you'll encounter when entering the valley, and is well known amongst those aiming to catch Striped Bass in its tidal waters. This river - along with Cornwallis, St. Croix and Kennetcook Rivers - are all heavily influenced by the tides, making them fantastic displays of the Bay of Fundy's significance on some of our watersheds in the province. Access all of these rivers, in addition to local shops, wineries, picturesque beaches and natural areas, in our beautiful valley.
