Goose Harbour Lake

In eastern mainland Nova Scotia, just 20 minutes south from the Canso Causeway, you'll find Goose Harbour Lake. Eventually emptying into Saint Francis Harbour, this lake offers excellent, remote fishing opportunities for Brook, Brown and Rainbow Trout - all having been stocked by the province in recent years. The occasional landlocked salmon is also reported, for the particularly lucky angler! Access Goose Harbour Lake via Goose Harbour Lake Road, on its southern shore.
