John Bernard Croak Memorial Park, Nova Scotia is a popular outdoor destination in Glace Bay that offers both recreational opportunities and a connection to local history. Named after Victoria Cross recipient John Bernard Croak, the park features scenic walking trails, open green spaces, and access to a freshwater reservoir that attracts anglers throughout the season. An extremely popular Fishing Derby is organized by Port Morien Wildlife Association each Spring.

The park provides a peaceful setting to cast a line while enjoying Cape Breton's natural beauty. The reservoir and surrounding waters offer a relaxing environment for freshwater angling, making it a great stop for both visitors and local fishers. The Easy Access Sportfishing platform allows more anglers to fish.
