Lake O'Law
Nestled in the headwaters of the famous Margaree River, Lake O'Law is one of the most picturesque lakes in the province. There are three lakes in this chain, First, Second and Third Lake O'Law. First offers the best opportunity for both resident and sea-run Brook Trout but cool deep water can make angling challenging during the summer months. The lakes are stocked from the Margaree Fish Hatchery. There is a Provincial Park with a barrier free sportfishing facility on First Lake O'Law as well as nearby campgrounds. Fall colours in this area are magnificent.
