Blair Pardy

Born and raised in Cape Breton, I’ve been fishing our many rivers for trout and salmon for over 30 years. I am a licensed fishing guide and a bamboo fly rod maker. In addition, I am a forest ecologist and have worked in the field of ecosystem conservation of protected areas for over 30 years. As you walk and wade, casting for trout and salmon, you’ll be surrounded by the world-renowned beauty of Cape Breton and the Highlands where you can experience the natural and cultural history of our island. No experience is necessary and equipment can be provided or use your own if you prefer. I’d be more than happy to work with you to plan a trip and help you generate memorable fishing experiences of your own.
