Chandra Gavin

Chandra Gavin married into a multi-generational fishing family and is co-owner of Giant Bluefin Tuna Charters, an award-winning charter fishing business she operates with her husband Capt. John Gavin. Chandra has been entrenched in the development of the bluefin tuna charter fishery since its inception in 2010 and is often requested to speak about the tuna charter fishery by various groups. She volunteers consistently on several industry boards and has traveled around the world attending international sportfishing shows and events while also exploring the sportfishing in various exotic locations. Along with her daughter Jenna and Capt. John, they have accumulated three IGFA World Records for giant bluefin tuna. Chandra has been around the fishing industry for 28 years, working full time on the boat for the last 14. Their charter company also offers a variety of other at-sea experiences, with the goal of offering tourists a peek inside the life of a traditional maritime family.

3 hour tour aboard 45' FV Game Changer, beverages provided, private groups only, can be customized, all tackle provided. Max 12 people.
